Closing Keynote Address
Ria and Mack co-founded Top Story Leadership to provide motivational speaking, leadership development training, coaching, and consulting. They have published more than 30 books on personal growth and leadership development and created the Blue-Collar Leadership® brand, which focuses on content to engage the often-overlooked front-line workforce and those who lead and support them. With a dynamic, humorous, and engaging style, their closing keynote will focus on helping leaders engage the front line to improve the bottom line, as well as organizational change and cultural transformation. Ria will share powerful leadership principles and tools of transformation to equip and empower women, helping them increase influence, develop leadership, and maximize results.
Mack began his career as an entry-level machine operator in the manufacturing industry, reached upper management, and found his niche in Lean manufacturing.
