The 2020 LCI Congress, October 19–23 in Detroit, Michigan, is your chance to share your team’s Lean journey and increase your visibility across the industry. From overcoming challenges and navigating transformations to achieving success and discovering innovations with Lean solutions, the 2020 abstract review team is eager for submissions highlighting unique team perspectives.

This year’s theme is “The ABCs of Lean: Transformation Through Actions, Best Practices and Coaching.” Submit your abstract by midnight ET Monday, March 2, for the opportunity to present your own compelling story and share tangible takeaways that attendees can apply to their own work. Submissions related to this theme, as well as those aligned with the tracks below will be considered:

  • Transforming Behavior & Culture
  • Transforming Preconstruction & Design
  • Transforming Procurement & Production
  • Transforming Construction Support & Planning
  • Transforming Field Execution & Safety

As part of LCI’s commitment to providing the design and construction community with the best educational resources and content, you can take back these learnings to your own company and add value to future projects. When you present lessons from your own Lean journey at LCI Congress, you help more than 1,600 of your peers better navigate theirs by fostering critical conversations about industry-specific research, experiences and best practices. Influence and gain inspiration alongside owners, trade partners, members of the design community, general contractors and other Lean professionals by attending and presenting at the 2020 LCI Congress.

Abstract submissions with LCI members as presenters are preferred, but all are welcome to present – submit your abstract today!
