Mike Mayra is a Construction Group Manager at General Motors responsible for the execution of the company’s Asset Sustainment  Program and the current Ultium Cells Battery Manufacturing  project.  Under his leadership, GM is successfully implementing Lean Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) in projects across the country. Mr. Mayra is actively involved with the Lean Construction Institute, where he has served as Board Member and member of the Owners Community of Practice. He also currently serves on the Owners Advisory Committee for the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee.
